FAQ

Does laser hair removal hurt?

The laser pulse is often described as a wavelength of heat with a pinprick, or like a rubber band snapping on the skin. Each individual area of the body varies in sensitivity and each individual response can vary.

How many treatments are required?

The laser works by disabling the hair follicles that are actively producing hair (anagen phase). Individual hairs enter each growth cycles at different times, requiring additional treatments to disable the follicle in the correct stage. Frequency varies according to area being treated.

How do I prepare for my first laser treatment?

No moisturizers, deodorant or make up on the area to be treated. Please come to your first treatment clean shaven.
