Please note, due to the nature of the products and services, all services and products are nonrefundable.
If there is an allergic reaction after using an at home product, we will be glad to offer a store credit.
If there is a defect with the packaging, we will be glad to do a straight exchange for the same product.
Please note, any and all pre-paid services never expire and can be used at any time.
If you are unable to attend your treatments, we will be glad to offer a store credit for the amount to be used for other treatments within 14 days.
We also ask that you give us 24 hours noticed if needing to cancel your appointment. We understand that things come up, but if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a $50 cancellation fee added to your next appointment.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask any of the staff and we will be glad to answer your concerns and questions to the best of our abilities and we will direct you to the best staff member to answer any we personally do not know.
